At OUT’VERSE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your items.

- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.


*Exchanges:*


- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at help.outverse@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued for the returned item.
- All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
